国有大中型企业目前正处于改革的关键时期,这一改革的今后走向和最终归属是什么?这是常令人深思的重要课题。前不久,我厂制定了“八五”末期三年三大步,每年上一新台阶的目标,并根据十四届三中全会《决定》关于建立现代企业制度的要求,对工厂的下步发展,确定了一个“六化”的发展思路,即企业形态公司化,资产结集服份化,对下控制间接化,内部运作市场化,经营范围国际化,生活福利社会化。
