生产力的解放和济领域的变革,冲击着陈旧的习惯和模式.而取代于尊重客观规律,强调经济效益,开发智能财富的洪流。在这改革的年代,农机技术培训工作出现了可喜的变化,涌现了一批先进农机校和先进教师。农牧渔业部发文([1984]第46号)表彰了28个“农机培训先进单位”和28名“县级农机校先进教师”。在此,我们向受表彰的单位和教师表示热烈的祝贺,并衷心地祝愿他们再接再励,勇于创新,做出新的贡献。农机校的出路在于改革,农机校的改革势在必行。各级农机管理部门、学校都应该因地制宜地研究,学校在哪些方面要改,如何改,制定什么措施,才能把学校办好办活。也许下面一组文章,能给大家一些启迪。
The emancipation of the productive forces and the reform in the economic field have an impact on the old habits and patterns, and instead of respecting the objective laws, emphasizing economic benefits and developing the torrent of intelligent wealth. In this era of reform, there has been a welcome change in agricultural machinery training and a number of advanced agricultural schools and advanced teachers have emerged. Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries issued a document ([1984] No. 46) commended 28 “advanced unit of agricultural training ” and 28 “county-level agricultural school advanced teachers ”. Here, we extend our warm congratulations to the units and teachers who have honored them and sincerely wish them all the best in their efforts to innovate and make new contributions. The way out of the Agricultural Machinery School lies in the reform. The reform of the Agricultural Machinery School is imperative. All levels of agricultural machinery management departments and schools should study according to local conditions, what aspects of the school should be changed, how to change and what measures should be formulated so that the schools can be run.
