澳门轻轨C370建设工程项目是四航局一公司在澳门特别行政区独立承建的大型单体市政工程项目,如何深入澳门特区施工环境推进工程项目的党建工作,通过党建促进生产经营,宣传企业文化,进而创造可持续发展的境外党建经营模式,为公司的发展打造出优秀的项目经营团队。文章结合澳门轻轨C370项目党支部在党建工木作中的一些实践和体会,分析了特区党建工作党建工作的重要性和必要性,提出了党建工作要将团队建设作为主线;围绕生产经营这个中心环节;将宣传企业文化作为工作载体从而更好的服务于生产经营,从而为得企业的可持续性健康发展提供了可靠保障。
