总结了目前压电振动陀螺仪的主要结构类型,重点介绍了当前研究振动陀螺仪的主要方法——有限元法。在振动陀螺仪的研究中,对于非线性应力-应变和复杂边界条件问题的处理如果采用有限元法,则更有利于问题的解决。最后总结了有限元法在研究压电振动陀螺仪系统时的材料选择、结构优化、工作特性和影响因素方面的应用。
The main structure types of piezoelectric vibratory gyroscope are summarized, and the main method of vibration gyroscope is introduced emphatically --- finite element method. In the research of vibrating gyroscopes, if the finite element method is used to deal with the problems of nonlinear stress-strain and complex boundary conditions, it is more conducive to the solution of the problem. Finally, the application of finite element method in material selection, structure optimization, working characteristics and influencing factors in the study of piezoelectric vibration gyro system is summarized.
