本文对4—15岁弱视儿童(156人,290眼)采用在单纯遮盖下红光脉冲刺激法或光栅法治疗弱视,对两者治疗前后视力、图型视觉诱发电位对比研究,结果表明红光脉冲刺激法治疗弱视明显优于光栅法。一、对象 1。弱视的分类及疗效评价标准按中华眼科学会儿童弱视斜视学组一九八七年九月南京弱视斜视会议所制订的标准,轻度弱视0.6~0.8,中度弱视0.2~0.5,重度弱视≤0.1;疗效评价标准:1无效包括视力退步、不变或仅提高一行者。2有效视力增进两行及两行以上。3基本治愈视力≥0.9者。
