这次去北京考察交流,感觉到从行业的管理者和参与者都在形成一种共识,就是努力的建立“权益清晰,决策科学,管理和谐,持续发展”的事务所内部治理结构和治理机制;推动树立“人合、事合、心合、志合”的事务所治理理念;促进形成“讲诚信、重协商、谋合作、共发展”的事务所现代合伙文化。让注册会计师行业更好服务于我国的改革开放和社会经济发展。结合我们所的实践,对于中小事务所的发展,笔者认为当务之急,要做好以下一些工作。
