生长激素 (GH)信号传递的机制尚不十分清楚。近年发现JAK2 /STAT途径可能在其信号传递中起着重要的作用 :即GH与生长激素受体 (GHR)结合后首先活化JAK2 ,然后在JAK2和GHR的共同作用下 ,活化STAT ,最后STAT转移到细胞核内 ,与其调节基因的启动子内的特殊序列结合 ,从而激活基因的转录 ,本文就JAK2 /STAT途径的活化机制、激活基因转录的机理及此途径的调节和关闭进行了阐述。
The mechanism of growth hormone (GH) signaling is not well understood. In recent years, it has been found that JAK2 / STAT pathway may play an important role in its signal transduction.
