纺织机械零件广泛采用40Cr钢,经调质处理后使用。调质是经淬火后再高温回火的一种工艺方法。生产周期较长,耗能大,淬火时易变形开裂。特别是40Cr钢的淬透性较差,淬火开裂的危险性大。为寻找一种简便的工艺以取代普通调质工艺,我们进行了试验工作。我厂生产的丝织机上的某些零件受载不大,如转子芯轴等,材料为40Cr钢,该零件原要求正火,经装车试验,常发现早期断裂,改为调质处理。但由于生产批量大,淬火后高温回火,生产周期长,劳动量大。为此,我们又用等温处理代替调质。经多年生产使
Textile machinery parts widely used 40Cr steel, quenched and tempered after use. Quenching is quenched and then tempered at a high temperature tempering process. Long production cycle, large energy consumption, easy to deform deformation cracking. In particular, the hardenability of 40Cr steel is poor, the risk of quenching and cracking large. In order to find a simple process to replace the ordinary quenching process, we conducted a pilot work. Some parts of the silk loom produced by our factory are not loaded much, such as the rotor mandrel, the material is 40Cr steel, the parts required normalizing, the loading test, often found early fracture, to quenched and tempered. However, due to large production volume, high temperature tempering after quenching, long production cycle, labor-intensive. To this end, we use isothermal treatment instead of conditioning. After many years of production
