人们对牙釉质中含有有机质的认识最早可追溯到两个世纪之前,且已发现牙釉质中有机物的含量要比牙本质少得多。而对牙齿各组分进行定性定量分析则起始于本世纪初。现将对釉质蛋白质研究历史作简短回顾。
The earliest understanding of organic matter in enamel dates back two centuries and it has been found that the content of organic matter in enamel is much less than that of dentin. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the various components of the teeth began in the beginning of this century. The history of enamel protein research will now be briefly reviewed.
