170例厌食患儿,随机分成儿康糖浆组100例、葡萄糖酸锌组50例、安慰剂组20例。儿康糖浆由王玉润拟方,由黄芪、当归、黄芩、黄柏、珍珠母、灵磁石.钩藤、龙骨、牡蛎、夜交藤、五味子、炙甘草、青皮等组成。结果儿康组显效37例、有效49例、无效14例:锌剂组显效16例、有效26例、无效8例:安慰剂组显效0例、有效3例、无效17例。儿康糖浆组平均疗程3.84周、锌剂组平均4.27周。而且在临床分型、营养学指标、血生化指标、尿生化指标,均有明显疗效。

Uncaria, keel, oyster, night Satsuma, Schisandra, Zhigancao, blue skin and other components. Results In Er-kang group, 37 cases were markedly effective, 49 cases were effective and 14 cases were ineffective. There were 16 cases markedly effective in zinc group, 26 cases ineffective and 8 ineffective. There were 0 cases markedly effective in placebo group, 3 effective cases and 17 ineffective cases. Cough syrup group, the average course of 3.84 weeks, zinc group, an average of 4.27 weeks. And in the clinical classification, nutritional indicators, blood biochemical indicators, urine biochemical indicators, have significant effect.
