目的:介绍辛伐他汀治疗高血脂症的临床研究以及新应用。方法:查阅近十年来国内外文献。结果:辛伐他汀具有较强的降脂作用,其作用为抑制胆固醇的体内生成,现已应用于临床治疗。它还具有抗炎、促进骨合成代谢、改善糖代谢、治疗心衰、抑制细胞增殖、治疗脑卒中等新应用。结论:通过辛伐他汀类药物的临床研究,其适应症非常广范,对各型高脂血症、冠心病、脑血管病等有良好的治疗效果。它还具有抗炎、促进骨合成代谢、改善糖代谢、治疗心衰、抑制细胞增殖、治疗脑卒中等作用。
Objective: To introduce the clinical research and new application of simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods: See the domestic and foreign literatures in recent ten years. Results: Simvastatin has a strong lipid-lowering effect, its role in inhibiting the formation of cholesterol in vivo, has now been used in clinical treatment. It also has new applications such as anti-inflammatory, promoting bone anabolism, improving glucose metabolism, treating heart failure, inhibiting cell proliferation and treating stroke. Conclusion: The clinical research of simvastatin has a wide range of indications and good therapeutic effects on various types of hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease. It also has anti-inflammatory, promote bone anabolism, improve glucose metabolism, treatment of heart failure, inhibition of cell proliferation, the treatment of stroke and so on.
