本文对我院1996年6月至1998年7月,9例(9眼)3—11岁儿童施行了改良工期巩膜腔羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyaptite HA)仪眼台植入术,简化了手术过程,缩短了手术时间,使患儿拥有活动自如的仪眼。改善了容貌,重新建立了自信心,为患儿的健康成长打下了基础。1.材料与方法1·1 临床资料 本组患儿9例,其中男性8例,女性1例,右眼6例,左眼3例。年龄3—11岁,平均8.1岁,均由于外伤所致眼球破裂。1·2 植入材料 采用美国IOI公司生产的由天然珊瑚加工而成的内联多孔羟基磷灰石仪眼台。直径为16、18、20、22mm,并配有Ⅱ期手术打孔所有铨钉。本组植入仪眼台直径为18mm3例,20mm6例。
