2013年6月26日,中国石油天然气集团公司与泰康资产、国联基金签订油气管道合资合作战略协议,引入来自保险、银行、公益基金等合资方的600亿元社会资本,共同成立中石油管道联合公司,运营西气东输西一线西段、西二线西段、涩宁兰线、轮库线和鄯乌线5条天然气管线,5条原油管线和5条成品油管线。
On June 26, 2013, China National Petroleum Corporation and Taikan Assets and Guolian Fund signed a strategic agreement on joint ventures and cooperation in oil and gas pipelines, introducing 60 billion yuan worth of social capital from joint ventures such as insurance, banking and public funds to jointly set up the joint venture of PetroChina Pipeline , Operating five natural gas pipelines, five crude oil pipelines and five product oil pipelines in the west section of West-East Gas Pipeline, the west section of West Second Line, the Shibuya-Lanlan Line, the Juku Line and the Juwu Line.
