通过对含二甲苯的试剂在反应釜进行压力模拟实验,以及二冲程发动机内燃烧室堆积物的发动机实验,研究压力因素对堆积物的影响。在反应釜中,温度与压力的变化会存在堆积物生成的温度下限;堆积物量会随着压力的升高而增加,但由于高压状态时会出现自燃而分解部分堆积物。堆积物由官能团的氧化过程形成,反应釜的增压会催化氧化反应。在二冲程发动机里,稀薄燃烧的状态下会有更多的燃烧室堆积物产生。
The effects of pressure factors on the sediment were studied by pressure simulating the xylene-containing reagent in the reactor and the engine experiment of the combustion chamber deposits in the two-stroke engine. In the reactor, the temperature and pressure changes will have a lower limit of the temperature of the deposit. The amount of the deposit will increase with the increase of the pressure, but due to spontaneous combustion occurs at high pressure, some of the deposits will be decomposed. The deposits are formed by the oxidation of the functional groups and the pressurization of the reactor catalyzes the oxidation reaction. In a two-stroke engine, there is more combustion chamber build-up in the lean burn state.
