Introduced the aspherical plastic lens injection process related issues. These include: Mold Core Materials, Forming Machines and Measurement, and Several Technical Issues in Injection Processes. Production practice has proved that copper material core life has exceeded thousands of times the traditional conclusion up to one hundred thousand times.
