今年1月国务院在京召开全国乡镇企业工作会议,主题是引导乡镇企业实行战略调整。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理姜春云在会上指出,要积极推进乡镇企业的两个根本性转变,努力提高乡镇企业的整体素质,把企业的经营、管理、技术、产品、销售、服务提高到一个新的水平,以适应市场的需要,确保乡镇企业持续、快速、健康发 展。这次会后,农业部主办的《中国乡镇企业报》发表题为《把握大局 开拓前进》的社论,本刊特摘要转载,以供企业管理工作者学习参考。
