我这些年来,在演讲中特别注意了法、德、美的统一。法是法制、法律;德,是道德;美,是审美教育。我在欧洲访问时发现,英、法等国经常强调法、德、美三者结合。在巴黎有人说,拿破仑的作为,并不在于他的武功,而在于他的文治。一则,他在世时,曾组织过85次法制讨论会,他亲自主持38次,并完成一部拿破仑法典;二则,他特别重视道德教化;三则,他千方百计构建、修缮艺术宫殿,组织艺术家进行艺术创作,引导人们追求美。欧洲其他国家也有类似的做法。这些做法,对我们进行社会主义精神文明建设也有借鉴意义。所以我在演讲中,注意法、德、美的结合,受到各方面的欢迎。我认为,如果我们国家能以法治国,以德教民,以美育心,必然会在两个文明建设中起到积极的作用。
In recent years, I paid special attention to the unification of France, Germany and the United States in my speech. Law is the rule of law, law; morality is moral; beauty is aesthetic education. During my visit to Europe, I found that Britain, France and other countries often emphasize the combination of France, Germany and the United States. It is said in Paris that Napoleon’s act does not lie in his martial arts, but in his literary rule. First, when he was alive, he organized 85 legal seminars, personally chaired 38 times, and completed a Napoleonic code; two, he paid special attention to moral education; three, he tried every possible means to build, repair art palaces, organizations Artists to create art, guide people to pursue beauty. Other European countries have similar practices. These practices can also serve as a reference for us to carry out the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Therefore, in my speech, I pay attention to the combination of law, Germany and the United States and are welcomed by all parties. In my opinion, if our country can live by the rule of law and by virtue, educate the people and education in the world with aesthetic education, it will surely play an active role in the building of the two civilizations.
