On November 27th, the 2005 China Rural Enterprise Innovation and Harmonious Development Forum was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Wu He, vice chairman of the Ninth National People’s Congress, He Kang, former Minister of Agriculture, honorary president of the China Township Enterprises Association, and Gan Shiming, director of the Bureau of Township Enterprises of the Ministry of Agriculture, attended the meeting. The forum was initiated and contracted by the township and township leading newspaper agency.
