静压导轨有许多优点:摩擦系数小、磨损小、寿命长,并能长期保持精度;低速运转时运动平稳,不产生爬行,承载能力大,刚性好。为了解决重吨位零件的加工问题,我厂在一台C551J五米立车上把原有导轨改装成静压导轨。改装方法是在导轨上开六个工字形油腔,每个油腔由一只节流器控制,后者是上海机床厂制造的单头薄膜节流器。在改装过程中,得到上海机床厂、上海机械学院等单位的大力支持。改装后投入生产已四年多,运行正常,情况尚好,能加工零件的重量可达32吨,现将改装经过简介如下。
