一、前言黑龙江省滑冰馆是在原有冰上运动基地露天人工制冷冰球场加盖扩建成合乎国际比赛标准的室内滑冰场.要求能够进行训练、比赛并以训练为主的专用馆,由于经费关系基水上不考虑综合利用.容纳人数为4500人左右,建筑面积(不包括原有部分)8.800M~2.设计任务由哈尔滨市建筑设计院承担.于1982年2月进行现场设计,仅用三个月时间完成任务.该工程由黑龙江省第一建筑工
I. INTRODUCTION The Heilongjiang Provincial Skating Rink is an open-air artificial ice hockey rink built on the existing ice sports base and expanded to an indoor skating rink compliant with international competition standards. It is required to be able to conduct training, competitions, and training-based private halls because of funding The basic water is not considered for comprehensive utilization. The accommodation capacity is about 4500 people, and the building area (excluding the original part) is 8.800M~2. The design task is undertaken by Harbin Architectural Design Institute. The site design was conducted in February 1982 and only three Months to complete the task. The project was built by the first construction worker in Heilongjiang Province.
