计算机仿真技术已在输油管道的设计、培训和运行管理等方面得到了日益广泛的应用。能否对管道系统进行较好的动态仿真,关键在于建立能够准确完整地描述管道动态运行时各种状态的数学模型,以及对所建立数学模型的有效求解方法(仿真发动机)。介绍了大庆至铁岭输油管道计算机仿真系统发动机的设计和实现过程。该发动机的设计为进一步利用实际管道SCADA系统数据库的实时数据,建立管道在线仿真软件提供了理论依据。
Computer simulation technology has been increasingly used in the design, training and operation management of oil pipelines. The key to the good dynamic simulation of the pipeline system lies in establishing a mathematical model capable of accurately and completely describing various states of the pipeline during its dynamic operation and an effective solution to the established mathematical model (simulation engine). The design and implementation process of the engine of Daqing-Tieling oil pipeline computer simulation system are introduced. The engine design provides a theoretical basis for further use of the real-time data of the actual pipeline SCADA system database to establish pipeline on-line simulation software.
