廉租房制度在全国范围内的全面施行始于2006年。是年4月,建设部通报了70个未建立廉租房制度的地级以上城市。随后公布的“国六条”以及“十五条实施细则”不仅重申了廉租房建设的重要意义,同时将2006年年底作为全国657个城市建立该项制度的最后时限。
Low-cost housing system in the country’s full implementation began in 2006. In April of this year, the Ministry of Construction informed 70 prefectures and cities that have not set up a low-rent housing system. The subsequent promulgation of the “six” and “fifteen Regulations” not only reiterated the importance of low-rent housing construction, while the end of 2006 as the country’s 657 cities to establish the deadline for the system.
