针对自组织理论在生产制造领域的唯一成功应用“Bucket Brigades”生产线,以其规范模型为起点,对该模型的假设条件进行松弛,分别阐述考虑回取速度、学习情况下“Bucket brigade”生产线的性能和特点。并将确定性模型随机化,对离散工作站点情况下允许工人超越时的随机模型进行梳理。其次,从生产线的构形方面,着重对精益思想指导下的自组织U型单元Bucket brigade线、追逐-超越机制下的U型单元、树形装配线的性能进行梳理。最后对Bucket brigade规则在仓储订单拣选方面重要成功应用进行介绍,对自组织生产线的研究进行展望。
Aiming at the only successful application of the “Bucket Brigades” production line in the field of manufacturing by self-organization theory, starting from its canonical model, the assumptions of the model are relaxed, "Production line performance and features. And the deterministic model is randomized to sort out the stochastic models that allow workers to surpass in the case of discrete work sites. Secondly, from the aspect of the production line configuration, we focus on combing the performance of the Bucket brigade line under the guidance of lean thinking, the U-shaped unit under chase-over mechanism and the performance of tree assembly line. Finally, it introduces the important and successful application of Bucket brigade rules in order picking and forecasts the research of self-organizing production line.
