采用硫酸法钛白生产的中间产品硫酸氧钛(TiOSO_4)为原料,以尿素为沉淀剂,经过均匀沉淀、胶溶、絮凝制备出纳米 TiO_2粒子。寻找出最佳的工艺条件:反应温度98±2℃,反应时间2~3.5h,反应物摩尔配比为 TiOSO_4:CO(NH_2)_2=2:1,溶胶剂与偏钛酸浓度之比4:1,絮凝剂用量为9.5mg/L;得到的纳米TiO_2粒径为20~50nm,收率达92%。
Titanium dioxide sulfate (TiOSO_4), an intermediate product of sulfuric acid method, was used as raw material. With urea as precipitating agent, nano-TiO2 particles were prepared by uniform precipitation, peptization and flocculation. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 98 ± 2 ℃ and the reaction time was 2 ~ 3.5h. The molar ratio of reactants was TiOSO 4: CO (NH 2) 2 = 2: 1. The ratio of sol to metatitanic acid concentration 4 : 1, the amount of flocculant is 9.5mg / L; the obtained nano-TiO 2 particle size is 20 ~ 50nm, yield 92%.
