目的:观察清燥汤联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将88例确诊为2型糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予清燥汤联合甲钴胺治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺,8周后对比疗效。结果:治疗组患者总有效率90.91%,对照组患者治疗总有效率72.73%,两者比较,有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:清燥汤联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingzao Decoction combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 88 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Qingzao decoction combined with mecobalamin, the control group was given mecobalamin, 8 weeks after the comparison effect. Results: The total effective rate was 90.91% in the treatment group and 72.73% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingzao decoction combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
