教育部教高〔2006〕16号文件对高职高专院校人才培养目标给出了新的界定,同时也对高职院校现行的校企合作模式有了更高的提法和要求。以广州铁路职业技术学院为例,探讨了高职院校校企合作中文化共育的意义、现状以及具体措施,提出以“引进来,走出去”的思想为先导,结合订单培养、产学结合、顶岗实习、校企文化共育等校企合作项目模式,将校企文化植入共同培养模式,从而实现培养符合社会及企业需求的高素质技能型专业人才的共育目标。
The Ministry of Education (2006) No. 16 document gives a new definition of personnel training objectives in higher vocational colleges and universities, and at the same time, it gives higher reference and requirements to the existing mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. Taking Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper discusses the significance, status quo and concrete measures of cultural co-education in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the idea of “introducing and going out” as the guide, The combination of production and learning, internships at work, school-enterprise co-education and other school-enterprise cooperation project mode, the school-enterprise culture into co-cultivation mode, so as to achieve the goal of training high-quality skilled professionals in line with social and business needs.
