为指导内陆核电项目选址与建设、促进内陆核电的合理布局、保障内陆核电建设与运行期的水资源安全,从取水水源条件、退水受纳水域条件及水资源安全影响三方面提出了内陆核电选址阶段水资源条件评估技术要点,并提出水资源约束条件作为备选厂址比选的重要指标。应用结果表明,该技术要点行之有效,可为核电厂选址阶段排除水资源颠覆性因素提供技术依据。
In order to guide the site selection and construction of inland nuclear power projects, promote the rational distribution of inland nuclear power and ensure the safety of water resources in the construction and operation of inland nuclear power plants, from the aspects of water intake conditions, waters receding receiving conditions and the impact of water resources security The paper puts forward the key points of evaluating water resources condition in the stage of inland nuclear power station selection and puts forward the water resource constraints as an important index for alternative site selection and comparison. The application results show that the technical points are effective and can provide a technical basis for excluding disruptive factors of water resources during the site selection of nuclear power plants.
