【目的】探讨公司与农户在农产品加工业中的利益连接机制。【方法】以武汉小蜜蜂公司与农户之间在蕌头加工中中形成的利益联结为例进行分析,寻找建立利益联结机制的关键点。【结果】武汉小蜜蜂公司与农户之间的利益关系是比较紧密的企业化利益连接机制,促进了该地区蕌头产业化的快速发展,并提出进一步改进的建议。
【Objective】 The purpose of this paper is to discuss the mechanism of the interest connection between the company and the peasant household in the agricultural products processing industry. 【Method】 Taking the interest connection formed between bee processing company and farmer in Wuhan as an example, this paper analyzes the key points to establish the mechanism of interest connection. 【Result】 The results show that the interest relationship between Wuhan Bee and the farmers is a relatively close mechanism of enterprise interest connection, which promotes the rapid development of the industrialization in this region and proposes some suggestions for further improvement.
