刑事司法政策对于刑事立法和刑事司法活动具有重要的指导意义,对维护社会稳定和国家安全具有重大的影响。宽严相济是我国的一项重要刑事司法政策,检察机关要做好刑事执法工作,必须要正确掌握和运用这一基本刑事司法政策。本文从正确理解该政策为出发点,剖析检察机关公诉工作在贯彻政策中存在的问题,重点围绕检察公诉工作的特点,提出一些贯彻落实政策的具体意见。
