使用搅拌摩擦焊对2.4 mm厚的5052铝合金薄板进行了对接焊接试验,探讨了转速和焊接速度对焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,转速保持不变时,随着焊接速度的增加,接头抗拉强度、伸长率呈整体减小的趋势。焊接速度保持不变时,焊接接头的抗拉强度、伸长率随着转速的增加先增加后减小。经快冷处理的焊件,其抗拉强度和伸长率均有小幅增加。
The butt welding test of 2.4 mm thick 5052 aluminum alloy plate was carried out by friction stir welding. The effects of rotating speed and welding speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were discussed. The results show that with the increase of welding speed, the tensile strength and elongation of the joint tend to decrease as a whole while the rotational speed remains unchanged. When the welding speed remains the same, the tensile strength and elongation of welded joint increase and then decrease with the increase of rotational speed. After rapid cooling of the weldment, the tensile strength and elongation have increased slightly.
