为了解新式剖宫产术特点 ,对我院 1 999年 1月至 7月 1 7例因不同原因行新式剖宫产术患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :患者术后疼痛时间平均为1 4 2h ,术后 6— 8h基本可以下床活动 ,术中出血量平均 1 41 1ml,术后进食时间1 2h ,术后第 5d伤口全部拆线 ,均甲级愈合 ,除 3例因纠正低蛋白血症、腹水、黄疸而住院时间延长至 7d外 ,其余全部术后第 5d出院。结论 :新式剖宫产术患者进食早、活动早、疼痛轻、恢复快 ,既减轻了患者的痛苦 ,又减轻了经济负担 ,值得在高原地区推广应用。
In order to understand the characteristics of the new cesarean section, we retrospectively analyzed the new cesarean section patients from January 1999 to July 1997 in our hospital for different reasons. Results: The average duration of postoperative pain was 1142h, and the patients were able to get out of bed at 6-8h after operation. The average amount of blood loss was 1 41 1ml and the postoperative eating time was 12 hours. All wounds were sutured on the 5th day after operation Grade A healed, except for 3 cases due to correct hypoproteinemia, ascites, jaundice and hospitalization extended to 7d, all remaining after 5d discharged. Conclusion: The new cesarean section patients eat early, early activities, pain and recovery quickly, both to reduce the suffering of patients, but also reduce the economic burden, it is worth in the plateau area to promote the application.
