运用Moldflow软件对汽车储物盒下盖在不同浇口数目下的注塑过程进行数值模拟。分析填充时间、气穴、熔接痕、翘曲产生的原因及其对制件表面质量的影响。比较结果表明:选择填充时间较短、表面质量较好、翘曲相对不明显的浇口数目为最终优化方案。Moldflow软件在浇注系统设计中的应用减少了修模次数,缩短了产品开发周期。
Moldflow software is used to simulate the injection process of under-cover of automobile storage box under different gates. Analysis of filling time, cavitation, weld lines, warping causes and their impact on the surface quality of parts. The results show that: the choice of filling time is shorter, the surface quality is better, the warp is relatively less obvious number of gates for the final optimization program. Moldflow software in the casting system design reduces the number of mold repairs, shorten the product development cycle.
