In recent years, some studies have shown that there is a significant difference in the content of copper, iron, zinc and calcium in the whole blood of manganese workers and manganese poisoning patients and the combination of these elements as a diagnostic indicator of manganese poisoning is promising. Based on these changes, some people try to explain its relationship with some symptoms of patients with manganese poisoning. In order to understand the effect of manganese on the contents of copper, iron and zinc in the whole blood of workers and further explore its relationship with manganese, we measured the contents of copper, iron and zinc in whole blood of 61 workers in a manganese mine in May 1983. The report is as follows.
