准确的物料流向信息及其平衡方程是数据校正建模的关键。本文根据炼厂两类基本设备模型,借鉴图论中邻接矩阵的概念,提出了用于完整描述全局物料流向信息及其平衡关系的物流邻接矩阵。该矩阵分别以全部设备的进、出料线作为矩阵的行和列;每一行表示对应出料线的流股去向,每一列表示对应进料线的流股来源;每个元素按照其行列位置,表示其对应的进、出料线是否相连。通过物流邻接矩阵所包含的信息及其设备本身的进出料平衡关系,可以方便、准确地建立数据校正模型。按照炼厂物料平衡的实际需求,对物流邻接矩阵进行相应变换,完成不同时间、空间分辨率下物料平衡关系的归并和映射,实现全厂级多分辨率数据校正模型的建立。最后通过某炼厂局部生产过程的应用实例,验证了该建模方法的正确性和实用性。
The accurate material flow information and its balance equation are the key to data correct modeling. In this paper, according to two types of basic equipment models of refinery, drawing on the conception of adjacency matrix in graph theory, a logistics adjacency matrix for describing the global material flow information and its equilibrium relationship is proposed. Each row represents the flow direction of the corresponding discharge line, and each column represents the stream source corresponding to the feed line. Each element is arranged according to its row and column position , Said the corresponding entry and exit of the line is connected. Through the information contained in the logistics adjacency matrix and the balance between the input and output of the equipment itself, the data correction model can be established easily and accurately. In accordance with the actual needs of the material balance of the refinery, the logistics adjacency matrix is transformed accordingly, and the consolidation and mapping of the material balance under different time and space resolutions are completed, so as to establish the multi-resolution data correction model of the whole plant. Finally, the application example of a local refinery production process, verify the correctness and practicability of the modeling method.
