采用X射线衍射应力测试技术,分析了热载荷、力载荷及热-力耦合载荷下7075高强铝合金喷丸试样表面残余应力的松弛现象,讨论了不同热-力载荷加载路径下残余应力松弛的机理与规律。结果表明,不同性质载荷最终对材料微观动、静力学特性的影响类似,引起残余应力松弛效果相当。
The relaxation of residual stress on the surface of 7075 high strength aluminum alloy shot peening specimen under thermal, mechanical and thermo-mechanical coupling loads was analyzed by X-ray diffraction stress analysis. The residual stress relaxation under different thermal-mechanical loading paths was discussed The mechanism and law. The results show that the loads of different properties finally have similar effects on the microscopic dynamic and static characteristics of the material, resulting in a comparable effect of residual stress relaxation.
