Objective To observe the protective effect of Qinling chongji (QL) on the liver of ducklings infected with DHBV and the effect on the renal function and blood biochemical changes of hepatitis ducklings. Methods After the ducklings infected with DHBV were tested positive for 7 days, they were randomly divided into groups of 5 to 6 drugs. QL was divided into 3 groups: high (QLb), medium (QLm), and low (QLs). 10, 5, and 2-5 g/kg groups, ig, 2 times/d, 10 d, respectively. Let the virus control group (DHBV) replace saline with saline. Positive drug aciclovir (acyclovir ACV) powder 100 mg/kg, ig. 2 times / d, 10 days, blood was collected from duck leg veins, serum was separated, and the contents of liver function (ALT, AST, SB), renal function (UN, CR) and other biochemical indexes were measured by an automatic biochemical analyzer. . After taking blood from each group of animals, the liver was removed by laparotomy and the liver was sampled in the same part of the liver. The 100 m L/L neutral formalin solution was fixed and paraffin-embedded and routinely stained with HE and observed by light microscopy. Results The blood biochemical parameters of ducklings were significantly abnormal after being infected by DHBV for 7 days. Among them, liver function (ALT, AST, SB) and renal function (UN, CR) changed most significantly, followed by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). After the treatment group was treated with different concentration of QL for 10 days, especially QLb (10 g/kg) showed abnormally elevated blood biochemical indicators.
