在对上海市三星级及以上饭店用能状况全面调查研究的基础上,概括了星级饭店用能的主要特征,即用能设备复杂,能源品种丰富,能耗水平差异较大,空调系统和生活热水系统能耗大。针对这些特征进行分析,认为节能的主要途径在于挖掘建筑空调系统、热水系统、电气系统,以及厨房、洗衣房等能耗密度较高的特殊功能区域的节能潜力。提出了具体措施,介绍了相应案例。
