急性感染性多发性神经炎又名格林—巴利(Guillain-Burre)二氏综合征,国内临床报道较多,但病理报道较少。现将我院1例临床和尸解病例予以报道,并结合文献略加讨论。临床资料王某某,女,7岁,陕西籍,住院号161362,1983年7月4日入院。于入院前4天感两下肢无力,第2天下肢不能活动,两上肢亦感无力,持物困难,抬头费力。病前l周有腹泻,日约4—5次,无脓血,不发热,也无感冒及食生棉籽油史。检查:体温36.8℃,脉搏108 Acute infectious polyneuritis, also known as Guillain-Burre’s syndrome, has many clinical reports but few reports of pathology.
