在循环血中出现微血栓的大鼠中发现,血浆TXB_2含量明显升高,血小板聚集性明显增强,并有血小板性微血栓形成。上述变化的出现与心电图的异常间呈显著正相关。讨论了它们在引起心肌损伤中可能的作用。
In the circulating blood microthrombus rats found in the plasma TXB_2 levels were significantly increased, platelet aggregation was significantly enhanced, and platelet micro-thrombosis.
