本文所指的宋代西北地区,从现今的地理位置上看,主要包括南流黄河段以西、西宁至甘南一线以东、秦岭以北、兰州至榆林一线以南的区域,这一范围包括了北宋时期的秦凤路和永兴军路~([1]),这一地区北与西夏接壤,西与吐蕃诸部毗邻。这一区域内,目前已报道了几十座宋代墓葬,即北宋至南宋初年的墓葬~([2])。以往对宋代西北地区墓葬的研究,多数集中在墓葬装饰方面,并将其作为中原北方地区宋墓的一个分区与其他地区进行对比~([3]),对其他问题的关注较为薄弱。本文将专门以宋代西北地区墓葬为研 The northwestern region of the Song Dynasty refers to the area south of the Yellow River, south of the Xining-Gannan first line, north of the Qinling Mountains, and south of the Lanzhou-Yulin line from the present location of the Yellow River.
