铸造涂料是防止铸件产生粘砂、夹砂等铸造缺陷,提高铸件表面质量,减轻铸件清理劳动强度的一项行之有效的措施。以前,铸造涂料存在的主要问题有:①涂料悬浮性能差;②涂料发气量大;③涂料抗粘砂能力低,导致铸件清洁度达不到标准。为了提高汽车铸件的质量,降低铸件废品率,从一九八三年开始,我们对铸造涂料进行了研究与试验工作。铸造生产对涂料的要求是:①悬浮性能好;②发气量低;③抗粘砂性能高,铸件清洁度达到中汽公司规定的标准;④适用范围广;⑤配制简单,价格便宜。
Casting paint is to prevent the casting produce sticky sand, sand and other casting defects, improve the surface quality of castings, reduce the labor intensity of castings an effective measure. Previously, the main problems casting paint are: ① coating suspension performance is poor; ② coating gas evolution; ③ paint anti-sticking sand low, resulting in casting cleanliness of less than the standard. In order to improve the quality of automotive castings and reduce the rate of casting rejects, we have conducted research and trial work on foundry coatings since 1983. Casting production requirements of the coating are: ① good suspension performance; ② low gas evolution; ③ high anti-sticking sand performance, casting cleanliness standards to meet the standards of the company; ④ wide range of applications; ⑤ simple preparation, the price is cheap.
