随着近几年经济建设发展与城市人口用地规模的日益扩大,许多大城市干道系统出现高峰期交通拥阻,怎样结合我国大城市交通现状、特征出发,从交通发展战略上考虑,采取合适措施来缓解道路系统不适应交通需求的矛盾,已日益引起关注,本文着重从调整与改善干道系统、加强干道交口渠化分流,提高通行能力、实施必要单点自动化信号灯控制、逐步建立起以快速路、轻轨为骨干的综合客运交通体系以及将静态交通设施纳入城市用地规划,做到合理协调布局;及早制订大城市中、远期交通规划等方面,加以论述。
With the development of economic construction and the increasing scale of urban population land use in recent years, many major urban arterial traffic systems have experienced peak traffic jams. How to combine the traffic conditions and characteristics of major cities in China and take appropriate measures from the perspective of transportation development strategy? To ease the contradiction of the road system’s inability to meet traffic demands, attention has been increasingly drawn to this issue. This article focuses on the adjustment and improvement of arterial road systems, the enhancement of arterial canalization and diversion, the improvement of traffic capacity, the implementation of necessary single-point automated signal control, and the gradual establishment of expressways. The integrated passenger transport system with backbones and light rails as well as the static transportation facilities will be included in the urban land use plan, so that a reasonable and coordinated layout will be achieved; the medium and long-term traffic plans of large cities will be formulated as early as possible and discussed.
