现行体育课的准备活动大多数中小学体育教师对其认识不足,而准备活动又是体育课的一个重要环节,它的好坏直接关系到一堂体育课的成功与否,因此笔者有必要就体育课准备活动的认识、作用以及容易忽视的问题来谈谈自己的见解。在体育教学中如果忽视准备活动,就有可能发生运动创伤,从而影响到学生的学习、生活和健康,甚至造成终身的残疾。因此,体育教师在体育教学中应十分重视准备活动,预防运动创伤,培养学生良好的运动习惯。
