目的:研究营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的治疗效果。方法:回顾该院2006~2008年GDM住院患者60例,随机分成两组:营养组(30例)由营养师根据患者情况提供营养治疗饮食,对照组(30例)则自行控制饮食。两组孕妇均由产科医师定期随诊,营养组孕妇同时有专业营养医师随访,监测饮食治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三脂(TG)和胆固醇(TC)水平及婴儿出生体重。结果:采用营养治疗措施后,两组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、TC、TG等生化指标均降低,但营养组与对照组相比效果更为明显(P<0.05);营养组婴儿出生平均体重为(3.19±0.79)kg,无巨大胎儿出生。结论:合理的营养治疗对GDM有明显治疗效果。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of nutritional therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: Sixty hospitalized patients with GDM from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital were retrospectively divided into two groups: nutrition group (n = 30), nutritionist diet according to patients’ condition, and control group (n = 30). The two groups of pregnant women were followed up regularly by the obstetrician. Nutritional group pregnant women were also followed up by professional nutritionists. The fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial 2h PBG, HbA1c, triglyceride Lipid (TG) and cholesterol (TC) levels and infant birth weight. Results: The biochemical indexes such as FBG, 2 hPBG, HbA1c, TC, TG in the two groups were decreased after nutrition treatment, but the nutrition group was more obvious than the control group (P <0.05). The mean birth weight (3.19 ± 0.79) kg, no huge fetus was born. Conclusion: Reasonable nutritional therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on GDM.
