人的生理功能每日呈现节律性(生物节律),这个节律性又随季节而变化。现以作者研究室的资料为中心加以阐述。据说昼夜周期与人每日的节律同步。不仅冷血动物,就是灵长类的温度周期与自主活动的自由运行节律也是同步的。有学者报道,如将人置于没有时间特征的环境中,其节律周期就呈现偏离24小时的自由运行节律,而且即使周围环境条件一定其节律周期也随季节而变化。考虑到这一点,就完全可以预料到人生理功能的日节律是随季节而变化的。从这一点出发,作者以人体温生理功能节律作为指标,观察其日节律是否随季节而变化。人体温(直肠温)日节律的季节变化作者观察了被检者四季体温(直肠温)的日节律数据,每个季节连续观察6天。为让被检者自己测量体温,把环境体温计(MED—TECHYM一1.15×19×3cm,重量275g)清醒时固定在裤带上,睡眠时放在枕头边。体温在早晨开始上升的时间,夏天大约为上午5点,而
