结肠双对比造影是在常规钡灌肠对病变显示不够满意的基础上发展起来的,近年来逐有取代常规钡灌肠检查的趋势,而且其对病变的显示也更趋完善。本文介绍的结肠双重-双重对比造影法,吸取了目前常用的结肠双对比造影的优点,并加以改进。自1975年4月至今共使用20例,效果较为满意。现报道如下。方法一、检查前准备:检查前两天,患者只进少渣饮食,并禁服重金属药物,检查前一天服轻泻剂,当天则作1～2次清洁灌肠,约一小时后,患者左侧卧于X线检查台,符插入肛管后则取俯卧位。
