编辑同志:我公司一名合同工在一年合同期内发生工伤,经过劳动能力鉴定,伤残等级为十级。现劳动合同到期,该职工要求和我公司解除劳动合同,公司准备将他派驻其他公司。离开公司前,该职工提出,我公司要给予他一定的工伤补偿,请问:因为是我公司在解除劳动合同后将其派驻其他公司,我公司还要给他工伤补偿吗?都有哪些补偿?
