蛇毒中的血液毒素含有与血液凝固、纤维蛋白溶解和血小板功能有关的活性。血液毒素的生物学特征已引起人们广泛的兴趣,这不仅因为对这些特征的研究有助于对蛇咬伤患者发病机理,临床表现及治疗提供资料,而且为进一步阐明凝血机制以及蛇毒制剂在抗血栓性疾病中的应用提供线索。在我国,蛇毒的蛋白化学、结构与功能关系以及蛇毒制剂的应用研究均已有一些工作。其中,蛇毒制剂为抗栓药物的应用则发展较快。近年来,国外在这方面的研究有了进展,本文就加速和提高我国蛇毒制剂作为抗栓药物提出几点看法: 一、现已应用的蛇毒抗栓药物研究目前有三种蛇毒制剂在国内作为抗栓药物,即去纤酶、清栓酶和抗栓酶。它们来自不同种类的蝮蛇蛇毒,
