ATP-P2X4受体信号轴与疾病关系的研究进展

嘌呤碱P2X4受体是一种ATP门控的离子通道型受体,在神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统以及内分泌系统等均有分布。细胞外ATP与P2X4受体相结合,激活下游不同的信号分子,在多种疾病中具有重要的调节作用。P2X4受体的上调引起神经性疼痛、周围炎症性疼痛的发生。而在心血管疾病中却发挥着保护作用。此外,P2X4受体还与酒精依赖性疾病、癫痫、肠激惹综合征等疾病相关。该文就P2X4受体在疾病中的作用及机制的相关研究进展进行综述。 The purine base P2X4 receptor is an ATP-gated ion channel receptor with distribution in the nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive and endocrine systems. Extracellular ATP binds to the P2X4 receptor and activates different downstream signaling molecules and plays an important regulatory role in various diseases. Upregulation of P2X4 receptors causes neuropathic pain and the occurrence of inflammatory pain around. In cardiovascular disease, however, it plays a protective role. In addition, P2X4 receptors are also associated with diseases such as alcohol-dependent diseases, epilepsy and irritable bowel syndrome. This review summarizes the research progress of P2X4 receptors in the pathogenesis and mechanism of the disease.
