分析现代信息环境对高校图书馆工作的影响,图书馆服务模式从管理服务到信息服务最终发展到知识服务,在服务理念整合的基础上,指出高校图书馆实行知识服务的必然性,论述了知识服务的特点和运作模式,以及深化知识服务的几种新技术,在此基础上阐述了高校图书馆开展知识服务的内容与对策。如何多方位地做好信息咨询服务工作和提高信息咨询员的修养,是高校图书馆信息咨询服务工作的新课题。
Based on the integration of service concept, this paper points out the necessity of implementing knowledge service in university library, and expounds the influence of knowledge service on the work of university library. The service mode of library from the management service to the information service finally develops to the knowledge service. The characteristics and mode of operation, as well as several new technologies for deepening knowledge service. On this basis, the contents and countermeasures of knowledge service carried out by university libraries are expounded. How to do a good job in information consulting service and improve the self-cultivation of information consultants is a new topic in the information consultation service of university libraries.
